In Krasnoyarsk, they are looking for a contractor for further improvement of the Oktyabrsky lake, the city hall said.
The initial price of a contract placed on the public procurement website is 20.5 million rubles.
“According to the project, in 2025, a pedestrian flooring along the lake will be extended in the park and equip another observation deck in the form of an amphitheater. On the new flooring will install benches, armchairs, urns, sun loungers and provide a bar. Also, given the wishes of the inhabitants, it is planned to install a swing in the pergola area in the center of the park, ”the press service explained.
For safety, within the project, video surveillance cameras and lighting on the territory of improvement will be added. This will create a safe and cozy atmosphere for walking at any time of the day.
“Residents liked the wooden observation deck that was made last year. We received a lot of positive reviews, so we decided to make the flooring longer, and supplement the new site with convenient street furniture. Given the wishes of the inhabitants, the project provided a swing in the project. They will be installed in the pergola area, which is in the center of the park, ”said Vladimir Martushov, deputy director of Krasgogorpark.
The contractor will have to complete the work until September 30, 2025.
