In Kansk, the police completed the illegal workdays of 6 migrants from China. This was told in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The offenders were found at one of the enterprises involved in the processing of forest products. Employees of the police department on migration issues found that Chinese citizens arrived in Kansk on a business visa, giving them the right to temporary stay in the Russian Federation only for negotiations, conclusion of contracts, service and warranty services for foreign technical equipment or other commercial purpose.
However, upon arrival in the city, guests from East Asia changed their visit plan and got a job for a woodworking enterprise. At the same time, they knew that they did not have the right to engage in labor activity without receiving a patent.
Police gathered administrative materials in relation to each illegal migrant under Part 1 of Art. 18.10 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal implementation by a foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation” and part 1 of Art. 18.8 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay in the Russian Federation”.
The leadership of the Department for Migration of the Kansky Department of Internal Affairs was decided to appoint as a punishment to each violator an administrative fine of 2 thousand rubles and expulsion outside Russia.
Currently, migrants are in the center of temporary detention of foreign citizens and expect their forced movement across the border.
