In recent years, the three ceilings have been extended, only at the end of the first month in the summer they will expire. So far, there is no official formula on the Government table through which the measures could be replaced, according to Antena 3 CNN.
Until June 30, electricity prices remain capped. The government has already announced that it will not extend the measure. However, vulnerable citizens will be supported. A support mechanism for vulnerable consumers will be established, for the period after July 1, by the Ministry of Energy together with the Ministry of Labor, and an update of the ceilings establishing the vulnerability threshold for a widening of the Beneficiaries.
Then the ceiling at RCA also expires. Both market actors and brokers and governors would prefer that this ceiling should no longer be prolonged.
On June 30, the ceiling of the commercial addition to the basic foods is completed. There was talk of a ceiling for Romanian products, but so far there is no official information.
