April 21 9:40

One of the largest metallurgical players in Russia-Ural Steel introduced the Dion corporate communications platform, developed by T1 IT Holding.

Employees gained access to the video conferencing module, corporate chats and video hosting. Also, users can call city phones directly from Dion. The implementation was implemented in cloud installation, which allowed to launch the system in a short time and integrate it into business processes.

Earlier, Ural Steel used another solution, but after the departure of foreign developers from the domestic market, the industrial player moved to the search for a Russian alternative.

The metallurgical company was looking for a solution with video hosting for storing and managing a video, a built -in calendar, the possibility of calls to city phones and corporate chats for internal communication. Now about 2,000 employees of the company are used by the product.

“The platform fully complies with the requirements of the company: scalability, stability and availability of the necessary functions. We often hold conferences to which a significant number of employees are joined, including external representatives. The platform provides the possibility of simultaneously connecting up to 5,000 participants, which fully covers our current needs, ”said Ilya Vlasenko, director of corporate communications of the Ural Steel company.

“At the request of Ural Steel JSC, we also successfully integrated the calendar functionality before its official release,” said Anton Spirin, Deputy General Director for Business Development, Nota.

The team is developing a cloud disk for storing files, an interactive board for collaboration and a postal client that would allow users to solve more business tasks within the framework of one platform.
