Margarita and Ruslan Grapes were captured in the Russian Federation after the exit from the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant “Azovstal” in May 2022. Since then, they have not known anything about the future fate of each other. The son believed that the mother had already been released and wrote letters to her.
Mother noted that she still does not believe that she met her son and all this actually happens.
“There were a lot of dreams when you seemed to be released and hug children, relatives. And then a rise at 6.00, and you understand that this is a dream, it is very difficult. Today I met my son and say:“ If this is dreaming, do not wake me up, ”she said.
