A strong fire occurred on Thursday morning, around 01:12, at a recycling center located on Sinaia street in Stefanesti de Jos, Ilfov county, and for informing the population in the area, a RO-Allert message was also sent, according to Agerpres.

“At the arrival of the first crews, the fire was manifested with violent flame and large smoke releases, on an area of ​​about 400 square meters. They burned combustible materials (paper, cardboard, plastics), stored in stacks, with a height of about four meters, from the center of the center. For the location and liquidation of the fire, the intervention was constituted,” Emergency Bucharest-Ilfov (ISUBIF).

Following the event there were no victims.

In order to manage the emergency situation, 11 extinguishing vehicles were alerted, two high -capacity tanks (taking into account the large water requirement), a vehicle for unloading, two special vehicles of intervention and rescue from height and a SMURD ambulance.

The fire is located, and the firefighters work to identify and liquidate the latest outbreaks.

The intervention device was resized, and four extinguishing vehicles and SMURD crew remained on the spot.
