Creotech wants to share. The new company will take care of the quantum segment

Creotech Instruments began the process of dividing the company by separating the quantum systems segment into a new company – Creotech Instruments informed in the announcement. The quantum company is to hit the WSE, and the estimated date of finalization of the division is the turn of 2025 and 2026.

As part of the planned division, Creotech Instruments shareholders will be assigned actions of a quantum company in proportion to their shares in Creotech Instruments.

“The assignment of a quantum company will take place through a public offer of shares and will be associated with the need to draw up a prospectus of a quantum company and its approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), and also with the adoption of resolutions by the general meeting of the Company and a quantum company and registration by the registry court. The shares of both companies will be listed on the regulated market conducted by the regulated market in Warsaw,” in a statement.

Creotech Instruments said that the quantum systems segment remains at an earlier stage of development (about 24-30 months) compared to the segment of space projects based on the Hypersat platform, for which the company has recently acquired two large contracts: microglob and camila.

Creotech said that one of the goals of the division is to enable the quantum company to obtain additional financing, including Through subsidies intended for SMEs, which in the near future may cease to be available to the company, taking into account its dynamic growth.
