In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, agro -industrial organizations will comply with the costs of training specialists – future agronomists, engineers, veterinarians, livestock specialists, economists and lawyers in leading educational organizations of the farm profile of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Russia.
“Since 2025, the federal project“ Personnel in the agro -industrial complex ”of the National Project to ensure technological leadership“ Technological support for food security ”has been implemented in the region. Within the framework of this project, the already familiar to many organizations of the Territory of the Territory, the personnel support measure of personnel support of the industry – subsidies for reimbursing of part of the costs actually incurred on the student agreements and target training agreements with students, which allows you to reimburse up to 90 % of the costs of training and payment to students of scholarships, ”says Ilya Vasilyev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Some regional agricultural producers have a practice of training specialists for a personnel need for target training agreements. For example, at the enterprise of an individual entrepreneur, the head of the peasant (farm) economy of Natalia Zubareva in the Shushensky district by a veterinarian, a graduate of the Khakass State University named after N.F. Katanova Anastasia Petrusyova.
“The company impressed me even during the trips to practice – everything is automated here, modern. When Natalya Vladimirovna offered targeted training, I thought that it would be very cool to work in such a household. A scholarship is paid under a target agreement – this is good financial support. Another plus is guaranteed employment after studying.
I like working with agricultural animals. When you work in agriculture, you feel like a part of something big. You open the refrigerator, there is milk, eggs – all this is allocated by industry employees. It is nice to feel your involvement in this important matter, ”Anastasia Petrusyova shared.
Andrei Gritsenko graduated from Krasgau in 2024, works as an agronomist at Tyulkovskoye OJSC Balakhtinsky district. He says that he learned about the possibility of targeted learning at school. Even then, the young man planned to connect his profession with the agrosphere. “The main advantages of targeted learning are the entering the university outside the competition and scholarships. You begin to know the basics of work immediately after the first course, when you come to practice. The work is interesting, you constantly learn something new. I am satisfied with my choice, ”said Andrei Gritsenko.
Since last year, new rules for the targeted acceptance of students have been in force: customers post applications for targeted training on the 2026-2027 academic year on the Unified Platform “Work of Russia”, and applicants choose the appropriate proposal and an educational organization where they want to enter the target quota. If the competitive selection is passed, it remains to submit the original documents, wait for the crediting and conclude an agreement on targeted training with the customer. Customers may submit applications until April 30, 2025.
