On Tuesday, PiS deputies submitted a notification to the prosecutor's office in connection with the second of these debates. “We inform you of a reasonable suspicion of committing a crime by Telewizja Polska SA in the liquidation of granting the Electoral Committee of a non -monetary property benefit other than a permitted law (…) and by the election committee of the candidate for the President of the Republic of Poland Rafał Trzaskowski consisting in the party on behalf of the Electoral Committee of a financial benefit of a non -monetary nature other than the law allowed ” – we read in the notification.

MPs pointed out that the debate could have been the election material of the Trzaskowski committee and as such should be financed from his funds and marked as the electoral material of his committee.
