US President Donald Trump enjoys excellent health, has excellent cognitive functions and is fully able to perform the duties of the head of state – wrote the doctor of President Sean Barbabella in a report from Friday's research.

“President Trump remains in excellent health, showing solid functions of the heart, lungs, nervous system and general physical functions (…) President Trump has excellent cognitive and physical functions and is fully able to perform the duties of the Supreme Commander and State head” – the doctor wrote in a summary of the study published on Sunday by the White House.
Barbabella pointed out that “an active lifestyle contributes to the president's well -being”, mentioning his frequent meetings and public performances, as well as “frequent golf victories”.
The report shows that Trump weighs 101 kg – 10 kg less than during the last study in 2019 – and measures 190 cm. All the blood test results were normal, including cholesterol, despite the chronic Trump's problems with lipids.
The doctor confirmed that Trump underwent a power test (Montreal scale of cognitive assessment), for detecting preliminary signs of cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's disease. He made a normal result, 30/30. The president boasted in the past that he had exemplary study and claimed that his competitors to the White House Joe Biden and Kamala Harris would not achieve such a result.
Barbabella reported that Trump also had a survival tests for depression and a generalized anxiety syndrome.
The report revealed that in July 2024 Trump underwent colonoscopy and detected intestinal diverticulum. In addition, cataract surgery has been mentioned in the history of surgical procedures. Trump is taking drugs to lower cholesterol and preventively aspirin.
The document published on Sunday was the first detailed report on Trump's state of health since 2020. Compared to that study, the biggest change is the weight loss by the president, whose BMI indicator at the time classified him as a clinically obese person.
