The floods flood the Irkutsk region and Buryatia: meltwater pour hundreds of household plots and residential buildings
In the Irkutsk region, Taly waters flooded 56 plots and 2 residential buildings, and water pumping is underway. In Buryatia, 44 household plots are flooded due to the floods.
In particular, in the village of Khomutovo in the Irkutsk region 9 residential buildings are flooded, more than 250 people live in the flooding zone. They refused to evacuate to the point of temporary accommodation and power.
