Dinamo's ultras tried to enter with a banner containing a scandalous message at the fast derby, lost 0-1 on the National Arena.

The gendarmerie did not leave the DNL, a faction of the dynamo gallery, to introduce that message on the stadium. It later appeared on the ultra -pages.

“You killed the sport, you stole until the last penny. We wish you the fate of Turcu, Mr. Șiman,” wrote the DNL on the canvas. Specifically, they wished the death of Vasile Șiman, referring to Vasile Turcu, the former Dinamo shareholder who died in 2017.

Between Vasile Șiman and Dinamo there is a trial, in which the former Sport owner asks for 1 million euros, the clause he had in the contract Ionuț Șerban, the former player of the “dogs”. He left free, and Șiman went to court. The contract stipulated that if Șerban leaves for free from Dinamo, the former Patron from Sport must receive one million euros.

This is the last obstacle to the exit of the team from “Stefan cel Mare” from insolvency.

On April 2, at the Court of Appeal, Vasile Șiman requested the recusal of the trial court, so that the new term was set two weeks later. A decisive blow for Dinamo, which has the term May 31 to receive the right of play in the European Cups in season 2026-2027.

They refused any kind of request, any kind of request. It is not a third party, it is a legal right to defend ourselves correctly. Whenever, at any time, we can reach an agreement with Dinamo. I do not want to discuss this, but I am willing to find a solution amicably, without a process.

This has been my desire always, but to make peace, both parties must agree. One is not enough.
