“In the investigations carried out by the police, it turned out that, on March 25, around 4.30 pm, on Independence Street in Ștei, Bihor county, a 17-year-old, a minor, 9 years old, from Stete, by being hit, with his fists and legs, at the level of his head.
On Sunday, the 17 -year -old teenager was detained on Sunday for 24 hours. It is from Mădăraș, Bihor county, domiciled without legal forms in the town of Vaşcău in the same county, according to the Romanian Police.
According to the quoted source, a criminal case was opened on behalf of the aggressor for committing the crime of striking or other violence.
“It was introduced in the center of detention and preventive arrest of the Bihor County Police Inspectorate. On April 7 AC, the police officers of the city of Ștei will present the young man, aged 17, to the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Beiuș Court, in order to have legal measures,” the Romanian police said.
The police are still investigating another 15 -year -old teenager from Ștei, where the aggression took place, because he would urge the violence.
