The height of the increase is dependent on the military rank. According to the published table, soldiers with a lower extent, such as a private one, will gain PLN 300 gross more per month. Sergeants will receive an increase of PLN 360, second lieutenants by PLN 420, and the generals will see the largest jump – by PLN 1050.
Initially, the Ministry of National Defense had more ambitious plans for increases, suggesting an increase in salaries by 5-7 percent, which would translate into a wage increase by PLN 400 for serial, PLN 500 for non-commissioned officers and as much as PLN 1,100 for generals. However, these proposals did not find the acceptance of the Ministry of Finance.

Additions for basic salary
It is worth noting that the increases in question relate to the basic salary of soldiers. In addition, they are also entitled to various types of add -ons, which in total consists of the total salary of Polish military.
