Dinamo is the last entry on the list of Superliga clubs that insist on modifying Law 4, imposed by Dumitru Dragomir in 2008.
In the last week, several clubs with important communities in Romania have issued similar communications in which they requested the amendment of the law 4. Rapid, Craiova University, Ploiești Petrol and Galați Steel are still on the list.
The modification of the law in force would mean, among other things, to allow the marketing of poorly alcoholized drinks on stadiums, but also free at pyrotechnic shows under the supervision of the authorities.

Eliminating the possibility of prohibiting access to the stadium only on the basis of a report, without judicial decision

Allowing the use of pyrotechnic materials under controlled conditions and under the supervision of authorized persons

Eliminating multiple sanctions application for the same organizing deficiencies

Recognition of organizer's decisions and priorities in relation to the authorities involved in the matches
Dynamo supporters were with the club and an unconditional team, even in the most difficult times in our recent history. It is time to contribute to improving their experience on the stadium, so that the Dinamo family will remain united and stronger.
