The average salary in medium and large companies amounted to PLN 8,769.08 gross. How does this relate to previous statistics? In July 2025, the average was at the level of PLN 8905.63 gross, and in the same period of the previous year – PLN 8,189.74.

The wage growth dynamics in recent months decrease, but faster inhibit price increases, which can be seen from the inflation indicator. In August it was at the level of 2.9 percent. After deducting this value from the nominal increase in wages, it comes to how much remuneration has increased realistically.
