The FSIN of Russia appealed the decision to change the colony for the famous Krasnoyarsk businessman and ex-deputy Anatoly Bykov.

“On September 10, the third cassation court of general jurisdiction (city of St. Petersburg) examined the cassation appeal of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and canceled the appeal ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Administrative Affairs of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Karelia on the recognition of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Karelia to transfer the sentence to one of the regions of Russia closer to the place of residence of his relatives. Currently, the possibility of re -appeal to the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Republic of Karelia on the transfer of Anatoly Bykov to one of the other regions of Central Russia, is also closer to the place of residence of his relatives. ”
