The management of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Unsput 230 thousand rubles For the Lexus wheel damaged by the pit. The decision was made by the arbitration court, follows from the file cabinet.
Recall that the lawsuit was filed to the management of roads, infrastructure and improvement (surprise) less than a month ago. The reason was the incident in April when the service car Lexus I got into a pit on the street of border guards, which led to damage to the wheel.
Representatives of the municipal institution recognized that the pit really existed, but said that the contractor, the company “Road repair and construction enterprise Left-Bank”, with which the contract was concluded before the end of 2025, was responsible for the maintenance of this road.
However, on September 10, the court decided to satisfy the requirement completely.
