In Uyar, the district hospital worked with sanitary violations

After the intervention of the prosecutor's office in Uyar, the children's department of the district hospital was thoroughly repaired.

In 2024, during an audit in the medical institution, employees of the supervisory department recorded serious violations of sanitary standards. The walls of the children's department of the Uyarskaya district hospital lost their appearance: the paint was peeled, and traces of time and moisture appeared on the walls. In the catering unit, there was partly no floor tiles, and a picture in the form of rust patterns was “flaunted” above the sinks.

The law that requires ensuring for small patients safe and suitable conditions is simply ignored by the hospital administration. Therefore, the prosecutor’s office, armed with a statement of claim, went to court – to demand the correction of the situation.

As a result, the hospital was forced to carry out a major overhaul of the entire children's department. Under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office, the contractor not only eliminated all violations of the technological process, but also significantly accelerated the pace of work. The children's department of the Uyarskaya district hospital has completely transformed.

“Now they are not only treated here, but also create an atmosphere that promotes recovery,” the prosecutor’s office noted.
