A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory complained to Rospotrebnadzor On the conditions for booking numbers at the recreation center “Ogur”, located in the Balakhtinsky district.

When analyzing the information on the database website, the management specialists found that the rules of reservation and residence contain conditions that infringe on the rights of consumers. So, when the reservation refusal for more than 7 days, the money is returned by the minus of the commission of 2000 rubles for each day of the reservation, and if the reservation refuses in less than 7 days, the deposit for rent is not returned.

The Rospotrebnadzor explained that this does not comply with Article 32 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” – the client has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract on the performance of work (provision of services) at any time, provided that the contractor was paid to the expenses that were actually incurred by him, related to the fulfillment of obligations under this agreement.

“Conditions that establish penalties or other obligations for the consumer that impede the free exercise of the right established by Article 32 of this Law relate to the unacceptable terms of the contract that infringes the consumer rights. On this fact, LLC “OGUR” was announced a warning on the inadmissibility of violation of the mandatory requirements of the legislation, ”Rospotrebnadzor said.
