The deputies Alexandru Dimitriu (USR) and Csoma Botond (UDMR) quarreled with Mihail Neamțu (gold) in the plenary of the Chamber of Deputies, Wednesday, during the debate of a project in the field of culture. It all started after Neamțu referred to two ministers in the Government: Andras Demeter (Culture, from UDMR) and Oana Țoiu (external, from USR). They followed offenses from the Parliament's stands.

Mihail Neamțu criticized the fact that the Minister of Culture, Andras Demeter, is from the UDMR: “an ethnic association, UDMR, gave the Minister of Culture. A premiere.”

The leader of the UDMR deputies, Csona Botond, intervened and told Neamțu that “the ethnicity of the culture is a fascist source. To be ashamed that you have made a reference to the ethnicity of Mr. Demeter Andras”.

The deputy gold also criticized the foreign minister, Oana Țoiu, from the USR: “At the Foreign Ministry we have a lady who does not know exactly the capitals of the BRICS countries, he does not know that Dobrogea is part of Romania, so he cannot make working visits to Dobrogea, he does not know the name of the president of Ukraine.”
