In the Aban district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case was opened on the fact of the death of a 5-year-old boy as a result of drowning.
Everything happened in the village of Shivera on September 8. It was established that during the day the child played with the older sister in the territory of his house. About 15 hours the mother found that the boy had gone on a bicycle in an unknown direction.
“As a result of search events, the child’s body was found by local residents under a wooden bridge in the Biryusa River. Presumably, the boy fell into the water on the banks of the river and could not get out on his own, ”the UK said.
A criminal case has been instituted on this fact on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence), the necessary investigative actions are performed.
