While the unions urge the teachers to boycott the festivities and parents to keep their children at home, and the Minister of Education insists that schools will be prepared, as a parent, I am confused. Different messages about the first day of school, September 8, “do not come Monday”/ “I announce the time”/ “We don't know anything”/ “We have a festivity”. We do not know whether to buy children flowers for teachers and teachers or explain that the first day of school is, in fact, a boycott and protest day.

I think of parents who have younger children, in the primary classes, who expect the emotion of the first school day, with the bouquet of flowers in their hand.

In addition, the trade union organizations have recommended the teachers to enter the classes, but not to teach, but only to write the title of the lesson, as the form of symbolic boycott.
