The son of Zygmunt Solorz invests over Zegrze. A luxury hotel will be built


The facility is to offer over 250 rooms, a conference center that can accommodate 600 participants and a private marina. The opening is planned for 2029, and the investment will be built at the former holiday resort “Mazowsze” in Białobrzegi, which was closed in the 1990s and completely demolished.

Although the hotel brand remains undisclosed, the investor announces that it will be a recognizable international network, which is to attract both business clients and national and foreign tourists. The complex will be built on a 3.7-hectare plot and will be designed by a reputable Gdańsk studio KD Kozikowski Design. The facility is to offer a number of facilities for guests, including Three restaurants, including one specializing in Japanese cuisine, a luxury SPA with 11 treatment rooms, swimming pools, bowling alley and night club, as well as a private beach and marina for Łódź.
Currently, the investment is at the stage of obtaining a building permit at the Poviat Starosty in Legionowo. The TMS Investment Group consistently develops its presence on the hotel market in Poland.
Her portfolio already has such facilities as Hotel Belvedere and the Czarny Potok in Zakopane, Hotel Krupówki 40 (formerly Litwor), Galeria Nowotarska from the B&B hotel in Nowy Targ, as well as Holiday Inn Resort in Józefów, purchased in 2024 from Aquila.

The new investment at the Zegrzyński Lagoon is part of the group's development strategy, which focuses on locations with high tourist and business potential. Thanks to the attractive location by the water, modern architecture and the wide range of additional services, the complex is to attract both families and business clients organizing conferences, trainings and industry events. The facility is also to strengthen the local economy, creating hundreds of jobs in hotel, gastronomy and recreational services, as well as promote the region as an attractive point on the tourist map of Poland.
The project is perceived as one of the most important investments in the TMS portfolio, and its implementation can give a new development impulse for the entire region of the Zegrzyński Lagoon, combining recreation, conference and recreational functions in one comprehensive facility.
