Ministers of Defense of France and Great Britain, Sebastien Lecorn and John Healeythey told journalists that countries to send their contingents to Ukraine as part of the “reinsurance forces” will have to determine the details of their commitment and its compliance with their constitutional order.
Lecorn said that Türkiye is considering a possible participation in the “sea component” of international forces.
