Donald Trump deprives Kamal of Harris protection. What does the decision mean?

In the United States, vice presidents have the right to protect Secret Service for six months after the end of their term. In the case of Harris Kamala, this period expired on July 21. However, as the CNN station established, Joe Biden just before leaving the office signed a directive that extended Harris protection by another year.
In the near future Kamala Harris plans to start the promotional route of his new book entitled “107 days”. Therefore, it will be in the Center for Public Operation, which may increase the risk of hazarding its safety.

Backstage of Trump's decision
CNN reached a copy of the letter, which shows that Donald Trump officially deprived the former Vice President of Secret Service on Thursday. The document shows that Trump authorized the Secretary of Internal Security to complete all security procedures that were previously approved in the executive memorandum and went beyond the legal requirements for Harris. The protection is to be picked up on September 1.
In practice, this means that agents who have so far taken care of the safety of Kamali Harris will be withdrawn, and specialists will cease to analyze information on potential threats to the former vice president.
Safety reactions and concerns
According to CNN, Kamala Harris from the beginning of her term of office had serious concerns about her own safety, because she was the first black woman as the Vice President of the United States. The station emphasizes that the decision to receive its protection was made just before it started the public activity related to the promotion of the book.
The older adviser to Kamali Harris, Kirsten Allen, said in an interview with CNN that the former vice president appreciates professionalism, sacrifice and unwavering involvement of Secret Service agents in ensuring her safety.
