UODO also initiated proceedings against the staff of Karol Nawrocki, which on May 12 on the YouTube platform published the film “Find out how this story looks really. Necessarily to the end”.
“There was not only Mr. Jerzy's data, but information about his private life, health, family and financial problems, as well as problems with the law” – we read in the UODO message.

UODO punished the committees of Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki
According to Business Insider, Łukasz Kuligowski from the UODO Department of Social Communication, the head of the office issued an administrative decision administering the election committees of Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki.
Trzaskowski's committee explained that Mr. Jerzy's data was not anonymized because of the “error of publishing and rush”. The data was deleted from the profile in May 2025.
In turn, the Committee of the PiS supported by the PiS explained, among others, that “Nawrocki was forced to protect his vital interests and realize the legitimate interest that expressed themselves in defense of their good name.”
UODO's decision is not final. Both committees have 30 days to appeal against her.
