The traditional August Pedagogical Council of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was held in Krasnoyarsk. The topic this year is “National Priorities in the field of education: new challenges, modern solutions”.
This is a discussion platform for representatives of the education system, state authorities, scientific community, public organizations. It is traditionally summed up here, discuss plans for the next academic year, and determine priorities.
The participants were welcomed by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov. The chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexei Dodatko in his appeal emphasized that the pedagogical council is the place of meeting of the industry leaders, where key decisions related to the education system are discussed.
“The conduct of this significant event is synchronized with the time of work on the region’s budget for the next year, our decisions are coordinated by feedback with the pedagogical community. If we speak, as a whole about upcoming tasks, it will not be an exaggeration to say that today's discussions are global historical. Russia defends the right to build its future on our traditional values, historical heritage. We must talk about the strength of the spirit, the mood of children and youth. We understand what level of responsibility is today on teachers and mentors, and we understand our own – as at the level of state decisions, regional programs should be built a system of priorities, ”said the speaker of the parliament.
According to Alexei Dodatko, not only subject training comes to the fore, but also raising children, accompanying the child with his family and public institutions. The task of creating a high -quality educational infrastructure, accessible to children studying in all corners of our large land.
“The scale of modernization, overhaul, construction of schools in the region is impressive even skeptics. The program shows its effectiveness and, on behalf of the governor, will continue until 2030, this corresponds to the tasks set by the President of Russia as part of national projects, ”said Alexei Dodatko.
A report on the implementation of national priorities was made by Tatyana Gridasova, Deputy Minister of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The Minister of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Nikolai Raspin spoke about the impact on the system of formation of digital technologies. The director of the Institute of Economics, Public Administration and Finance SFU Evgenia Bukharov voiced the main trends in the labor market of the future. The event was attended by deputies of the regional parliament Viktor Kardashov, Vera Oskina, Alena Mironova, Arthur Avetisyan, Irina Subocheva, Ekaterina Svodelko.
Traditionally, a ceremony of awarding of teachers and managers of the regional education system was held at the pedagogical council.
After the plenary session, the participants began to work in thematic sections devoted to various topics: concepts for the development of preschool and additional education, digital technologies, psychological climate in schools, inclusive education, career guidance, education and self -determination of children.
“The pedagogical council traditionally discusses the main tasks facing the industry. As last year, an emphasis has been placed on the importance of education, the formation of a civil position, traditional values in children. Also, the quality of education remains in the priority – today data on the achievements of the children at the Olympiads and competitions of various levels were given, our region occupies a worthy place. One of the important issues is the involvement of personnel to the industry, the support of teachers, the creation of opportunities for professional development, ”said Vera Oskina, chairman of the Committee on Education and Culture.
