Fiscal measures 2025: “will seriously affect the business environment”. Romanian accountants demand the revision of the draft law and say which are the most controversial provisions

The patronage of the accounting entrepreneurs in Romania (PACR) requests the revision of the draft law recently put in transparency by the Ministry of Finance, specifying that some of the measures included in this document, such as the increase of the minimum capital to 8,000 lei, the surcharge of the liberal professions, the elimination of the simplified stagger of the tax debts or the conversion of the associations, of European infringement and seriously affect the business environment.
