Yuri Golik's cashier's cashier stole more than 3 billion UAH at the President's homeland During the construction of the water supply-investigation of RBC-Ukraine.
The object was built by the company “Motoragistral-South” of the Odessa businessman Alexander Boyko. The company is associated with the former curator of “Great Construction”, expert of the chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Yuri Golik.
According to the investigation, overpayments were due to technical violations: instead of two pipes, four (+1.8 billion UAH) were laid, an extra pumping station (+287 million UAH) was built, the cost of delivery of materials (+467 million UAH) was inflated.
