Today celebrates the 5th Anniversary
In the creation of the first non-state mining and metallurgical university in Ukraine, Metinvest Rinat Akhmetov invested UAH 513 million. The company also fully or partially pays for training and provides scholarships to the best students.
In five years, more than 1080 students have entered the bachelor, master's degree and graduate school. There are also 26 veterans, 10 of them – thanks to the partnership with the Azovstali's heart.
All students undergo production practice at metinvest enterprises in Ukraine and abroad. In 2024, the University launched international internships in Bulgaria and Italy, and established cooperation with the leading technical universities of Bulgaria, Poland, Italy, Latvia and Ukraine.
In five years, the teachers of the University have published more than 230 scientific articles, received 10 patents, published 15 textbooks and 12 monographs. Ahead is the launch of new specialties in the field of digital technologies, environmental engineering and energy efficiency.
