“The forces of the defense of Ukraine continue to restrain the Russian invaders around the Pokrovsko-Mirnograd agglomeration. The enemy has been in vain for more than a year to supplant our troops from this region. At the same time, some resources have been disseminating information about the alleged environment of our units in Pokrovsk. It does not correspond to reality at all,” the General Staff emphasized.
The Armed Forces said that the invaders are now carrying out offensive actions to the northeast of Pokrovsk and are trying to cut the logistics of the Ukrainian troops.
“However, despite significant efforts and continuous assaults, the enemy has no success. Russian soldiers find only their death around Pokrovsk,” they assured in the General Staff.
