In Krasnoyarsk, a verdict was sentenced to the director of the construction company LLC “PSP” for deceiving equity holders in Emelyanovo. This was reported in the regional SK and the prosecutor's office.

However, the developer, together with the general director of the company, concluded fictitious shared participation agreements in the amount of 39.8 million rubles. With counterparties to whom he had a duty. The defendant knew that such unprofitable transactions would lead to bankruptcy of the company, but did not stop.

Already after 2 two uds, the company had signs of insolvency, which prevented the completion of the construction. In 2021, the scheme was opened.

It turned out that the defendant not only concluded fictitious agreements, but also transferred the rights to apartments controlled by the company without payment. In addition, he appropriated 15 million rubles received from eight interest holders. To hide theft, he instructed his subordinates to add information about receiving money to the account.

A total of 81 shareholders were left without housing and money. The damage exceeded 156 million rubles.

The court found the head guilty of fraud (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), abuse of authority (part 2 of article 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced to 4 years of conditional imprisonment with a trial period of 4 years. Also for two years, he will not be able to occupy positions related to managerial functions.

After the verdict received the prosecutor’s office, the issue of appeal to a higher court will be resolved. Rights of interest holders are restored to the account of the “Fund for the Development of Territories”. He paid compensation for unwashed apartments.
