Sber, together with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, launches online retraining programs: “Project Manager”, “Data Analyst”, “Entrepreneur on marketplaces”, etc. The formation of training groups is supported by the Fatherland Defenders Foundation.
“Joint programs of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and Sberbank in the fields of training and employment are responding with our heroes: they want to receive knowledge and have a demanded job. For many veterans, a new profession is a big step towards confidently moving on. It is important that training takes place in online format-it is convenient for veterans with severe injuries. New programs will allow defenders to find skills in current industries, ”said Anna Tsivilev, state secretary-Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the State Fund of Defenders of the Fatherland.
Students will be supported by curators, and specialists of the educational provider will advise on the issues of career trajectories. Training is free and is carried out according to such online programs as:
- “Project Manager” (designed for 5 months) – training in the basics of project management, including in the field of technology, flexible agile methodology and risk management, soft skills and culture of solving indefinite problems. According to the results of the training, a certificate of advanced training is issued.
- “Data analyst” (6 months) – includes the basics of analytics, statistics, visualization of data and Python library for data analysis, SQL and working with databases, metric, hypotheses and growth points. According to the results of the training, a diploma of professional retraining is issued.
- “Entrepreneur on marketplaces” (6 months) – teaching the basics of promotion on marketplaces and creating his own business in this area. At the end of the program, a certificate of advanced training is issued.
Requirements for program participants: age from 18 years, secondary vocational or higher education, certificate of war veteran, support of the Defender of the Fatherland Foundation.
“All re -qualification programs of veterans have been involved in training in professions and areas of activity in demand in the market. On the one hand, they will contribute to the solution of the personnel problem – to saturate the market with new specialists, and on the other hand, they will help veterans get relevant professional skills, ”said Dmitry Solntsev, chairman of the Siberian Bank of Sberbank.
To take part, you need to choose a program, inform about your desire to study it with a social coordinator at a branch of the fund, in which the veteran consists of escort, after which the participant will receive a link to the input test to determine the motivation for learning. Next, it is assumed to pass the entrance test on the online “Netology” online platform, involved in the project as an educational provider.
