In June, the NBP did not increase gold resources. At the end of last month, the central bank had approx. 515.55 tons of gold worth over PLN 196.4 billion – according to NBP data.

The data of the National Bank of Poland published on Monday shows that at the end of June the NBP possession was 515.55 tons of gold, i.e. over 16.57 million ounces of gold, and therefore the same every month earlier. The value of gold at the end of June by the Polish Central Bank was over PLN 196.4 billion, so it was lower than at the end of May, when it was almost PLN 204.9 billion.

Since the beginning of the year, the NBP has increased gold resources by over 67 tons, i.e. 2.16 million gold. (PAP)
