“Horațiu, how are you?” After the holidays, the tests started, a new superlig season follows, how do you see it?
– We are fine, thank you! We are preparing for the new season and we can hardly wait to start Liga 1.

– It won't be difficult. Until we enter our reflex, I am sure that we will be prepared for the new rule. It has to enter us in automatism and this new rule.

– How are you before the new season? At what level of potential are you and what would you like to improve?
– I am prepared from all points of view. I also had theoretical and physical tests. I even gave video testing. I think we did well. Of course, we always have better room, but I think we are at an optimal level of starting the new season.

“I do not think I am able to give advice to the players”

– The most difficult time for you from the previous season that was?
– I don't think it was a difficult thing. There were many matches. From my point of view and the commission, we did our job as best as possible. I think I didn't have a difficult time this season.

“But were they beautiful?”
– There were many beautiful. Crowned even with a match in the Champions League. I am proud of this.

– If you could implement something to the players, what to do?
– I don't think I am able to give advice to the players. Because they know very well to do their job. I think it's a good time to enjoy football. Just as we are preparing for the new season, I am sure they are prepared. And we hope we will have a quality football and a tailor -made arbitration.

– You realize that the time draws that can influence. But there are things that, with the new rule, will be less and less. Especially when the goalkeeper is in possession of the ball.

– It does not bother you that after so many years in which you have reached a very good level, with very good matches, when you are delegated to certain parties is the same template as the CFR junior.
– If you took all the history, first of all I played at the University of Cluj, after which I also evolved at CFR Cluj. You realize that I have always tried to evolve to the best teams, as in arbitration I want to evolve at the highest level. So I always had bold goals.

– But do the criticisms of the employers affect you before the match or the fact that there is pressure on you?
– I honestly tell you, I think that both myself and my colleagues are strong and do not affect these things. You can also notice this from the performances we had. And then, regardless of the team we arbitrated or regardless of the matches we arbitrated, we did our job as well as we could never have any problems.

– You will be able to put into practice the advice of Mr. Kyros Vassaras. Let the game are more cursive, be more time to play.
– To know that here it is not just about us. It also keeps the game, it is also the players, it is not just about the referee. Depending on the quality of the players, how some players understand the game. So it is not just about the referee.

– Your main goal, on a personal level, which one would be in this season?
– First of all, to be healthy, both myself and my colleagues, and enjoy football. Let's try to be more united, to work better with both players and coaches and to have the desired performances.
