Reconstruction of the government on the “good path”. Kosinak-Kamysz: It's about efficiency, not personalities

The government's reconstruction is the least about personal details, and the most about structure and efficiency – said on Wednesday the deputy prime minister, head of the Ministry of National Defense and President of PSL Władysław Kosiniak -Kamysz. In addition, in his opinion, all leaders of the ruling coalition should be in the government.

Asked at a press conference in Warsaw about the reconstruction of the government announced by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Kosiniak-Kamysz emphasized that this is a matter of the whole coalition in which “of course the prime minister has a key voice because it presents a new scheme of functioning.”

According to Kosiniak -Kamysz in reconstruction, the least is about personal details, and most about structure and efficiency – above all the combination of sectors in one place. Used to apply the energy area. As he said, for example, one ministry deals with energy companies, and the management of the associated critical infrastructure – the second.

“I would accumulate energy in one so that it was effectively used,” he said. He added that this situation also applies to many other areas.

Kosiniak-Kamysz also said that in his opinion all coalition leaders should be in the government, which in his opinion would improve communication and “taking responsibility”. “All hands on board. There is a moment where the support for the actions we conduct is such and not different. We have to show it better, we have not broken with many things” – said the deputy prime minister.

The reconstruction, according to Kosiniak-Kamysz, is a process that requires time and agreement. “But we are on the right track. We have a plan, we have an idea, we know what we want to do,” he said.

The prime minister announced the reconstruction of the government in the Sejm expose on June 11, which preceded the vote on the application for a vote of confidence in the government. Tusk said then that in July there would be a reconstruction of the office, meaning a change in the structure of the government and “new faces”.
