The State Duma offered to increase the punishment by 10 times, since cluttered and dirty dwellings pose a threat to neighbors.
Sanctions will fall apartments of apartments with garbage, cockroaches and other signs of cluttering.
According to the project, fines for individuals can amount to 25 thousand rubles, for legal entities – up to 500 thousand rubles.
