The President of Abkhazia Aslan Bzhania resigned. At the weekend, he promised to leave the post as soon as the opposition liberated the parliament building.
The acting President of Abkhazia will be the vice-president of the Republic of Badra Gunba, and the head of government will be the ex-Prime Minister Valery Bganba.
As we wrote earlier, the protesters were dissatisfied with the new law, which provides for benefits for investors from the Russian Federation. The opposition asked to deal with its mess in cadastral maps and pay attention to the energy that barely withstand the load, water supply and sewage.
