Breaking Iran launches rockets to US military bases in the Middle East / more explosions, reported in Qatar

Several explosions were heard on Monday in Doha, in the capital of Qatar, Doha, said a witness to Reuters, following the threats of Tehran to respond to US attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities. Iran has started an operation against an American Qatar base, Iranian state television said, CNN and BBC News write.

US officials are preparing for the eventuality for Iran to target American bases following weekend attacks.

Six missiles launched to the American bases in Qatar

The Axios publication, citing an Israeli official, reports that Iran has targeted the American bases in Qatar.

This news site, along with Wall Street Journal, have previously reported that Iran was preparing to launch missiles towards the respective bases.

A well -informed source told Sky News that Iranian rockets were targeted by the Udeid's air base.

This is a huge American base in this country, which also houses a small part of RAF (British Air Force).

The Iranian state press has announced that Iran has begun its “powerful and victorious” response to US attacks, notes BBC News.

Tasnim State Iranian agency states that the Iranian revolutionary guard has launched missiles on an American Qatar base. In the last minutes, several explosions have been reported in Qatar.
