After Prime Minister Donald Tusk asked President Andrzej Duda about whether he was not curious about the “real results of voting” in the presidential election, he stated that what the government is doing is “ordinary stamping with a leg”. I'm not curious about the results because I know them; PKW announced them – said the president.

On Saturday, the prime minister turned to President Andrzej Duda, Karol Nawrocki and Jarosław Kaczyński with the words: “You are not so just humanly curious about the real results of voting? You are surely. And as you know, honest have nothing to be afraid of” – wrote on the portal X Donald Tusk.
“Mr. Donald Tusk and his friends are unable to reconcile with losing in the presidential election,” President Andrzej Duda answered him on the same portal. As he said, in his opinion the problem is not the voters' decision itself, which in his opinion is “unambiguous”, or rather the “mentality” of currently rulers. “You think you have to win and end!” – the president added.
In his opinion, what the government is currently doing is “just stomping with a foot”. “You filled with your people and trustees of the candidates of your coalitions all election committees. You chose and you have your members of the National Electoral Commission. Companies ordered by the media favorable to your candidate did research. And what?!? Everyone cheated? Everyone was lying? Your people were lying badly, let you lose?” – we read in the president's entry.
“No, Prime Minister. I am not curious about the results of the presidential election, because I know them. They were officially announced by the State Electoral Commission. I know these results as much as all Poles and politicians from around the world who gave the President -Elek Karol Nawrocki to congratulations,” he said.
“On the other hand, I will repeat the advice that I gave you recently, as the one who guards the security of the state and the continuity of the state: keep far from voting cards from the presidential election! I have no doubt that you must not allow you to even affect the votes cast by citizens. This is the case of the Supreme Court and the PKw. Now you rule the same one, thanks to which you are the prime minister.
The PiS discussion was involved, among others The head of the grouping Jarosław Kaczyński, who noticed that the recalculation of the votes “is not provided by law”, and in Poland the principle of legalism, resulting from the constitution, applies. On the other hand, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, turning to Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Marshal of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia and co-chairman of the new left of Włodzimierz Czarzasty, wrote: “The prime minister is a strong man together. Is it worth signing under his madness?”
“Not everyone probably understood what democracy is about. With such a huge scale of errors in committees, a re -calculation of votes is necessary. It is to protect trust in democracy, elections and states,” said the Minister for reconstruction after the flood Marcin Kierwiński. MS deputy head Arkadiusz Myrcha said that “today there is not a single person in Poland who is able to provide the number of votes obtained by candidates.” “The state of uncertainty is growing, and there are more and more questions and accusations. The situation is unprecedented,” he added.
“I do not trust that the missionaries of Ordo Iuris will impartially decide about the honesty of elections. I remind you that the court legally ruled that I had the right to name them a fundamentalist sect,” commented the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski.
According to the data of the State Electoral Commission, Karol Nawrocki won 10,606,877 votes in the second round of presidential elections, and Rafał Trzaskowski – 10 237 286.
For several days, however, the media have been informing about irregularities related to counting votes in some committees during the second round of presidential elections. Informed, among others About cases when representatives of the regional commissions themselves reported a post factum mistakes consisting in the opposite assignment of votes to candidates – the votes cast for Rafał Trzaskowski were assigned to Karol Nawrocki. This was the case with the District Electoral Commission No. 95 in Krakow, as well as the District Electoral Commission No. 13 in Mińsk Mazowiecki.
Last week, in connection with the election protests brought in, the Supreme Court decided to inspect cards from a total of 13 regional electoral commissions. These committees included Committee discussed in the media from Krakow and Mińsk Mazowiecki. Visual inspection was also ordered, among others In relation to two regional electoral commissions-No. 30 and 61-from Bielsko-Biała.
On Friday, SN spokesman Aleksander Stępkowski told PAP that the number of all election protests could reach 50,000. Pursuant to the provisions introduced in 2018, during the PiS rule, competent to consider election protests and finding the validity of the election, the Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs Chamber of SN, which status – referring to the judgments of international tribunals – questions the current government.
