USA one step away from joining the war? Meeting the last chance with Iran

As Axios writes, citing four informed sources, the goal of the talks would be to conclude an agreement on the Iran atomic program and the end of the war with Israel.
“The meeting has not yet been finalized, but it is part of President Trump's last attempt, aimed at departing from war and returning to talks,” says the portal. The meeting would take place this week. Originally, Witkoff and Aragczi were to meet last Sunday at the sixth round of negotiations, but Iran canceled the meeting after an Israeli attack.
According to Axiosa Trump's interlocutors, he considers the powerful penetrating bombs in the US arsenal – which Israel needs to destroy underground Iranian nuclear plants – as a key means of pressure on Iran to make him concession.
“They want to talk. But we don't know if they were fully brought to their knees so that they realize that in order to have a country they have to take talks?” One of the American officials assessed.
The reports of the portal appeared after Trump announced the premature return to the White House from the G7 summit in Canada, justifying the situation in the Middle East. This gave birth to speculation that this could mean joining the USA to Israeli raids on Iran. On Monday, Trump was ambiguously talked about negotiations with Iran and the possibility of joining Israel.
He stated that the Iranians “are already at the negotiating table” and wants to make a system and announced that as soon as he leaves Canada, “he would do something”. Asked if he thinks that Israel is able to eliminate the Iranian atomic program without the help of the US, the president said that it does not matter because “something will happen”. Later, however, he called the Iranians for “immediate evacuation” from Tehran's 10 million inhabitants.
