The Grand Prize of Formula 1 in Canada was scheduled today at 9:00 pm. George Russell has achieved the best performance in qualifications and will leave first. The race will be in LiveText format on GSP.ro and on TV on Antena 3.

  • Before the Sunday race, Oscar Piastri (McLaren) leads the general ranking of pilots with 186 points, 10 over his colleague Lando Norris and 49 over the En-Titre Max Versatappen champion.

  • McLaren has no rival in the builders' ranking, with 362 points agonized so far. Ferrari, with 165, is the second team.

What happened in Saturday's qualifications

Saturday night's qualifications brought a show on the Montreal track. George Russell, Max Verstappen and Oscar Piastri, the leader of the pilots, fought for the pole-postion. The British managed to achieve the performance in the last launched tour and “stole” the position occupied at that time by Max Verstappen. Lando Norris ranked only on the 7th place. Hadjar surprised in Q2 and took the last sequence of qualifications where he obtained the 9th place, in front of Alex Albon.
