In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police officers caught two men who caught fish with the help of networks, and then tried to get rid of the catch.
The regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that attackers were caught in the area of the village of Ust-Kaspa in Kizire in the Kuraginsky district. A 71-year-old man and his 57-year-old comrade came there from the village of Krasnokamensk. On a motor boat, they reached the place of catch, set the nets, and they settled down to spend the night in a hunting hut nearby.
In the morning, poachers shot the nets and collected fish in buckets. Understanding that the catch is prohibited, they hid them on the shore.
“But they did not have time to moor, as they saw a district authorized police. Frightened by responsibility, men began to throw illegally obtained fish into the river, which carried away the current. However, one bucket remained in the boat, which was seized by police, ”the press service said.
47 khariuses, 9 Lenkov and 2 siga managed to withdraw. The total amount of damage caused by the actions of poachers amounted to more than 118 thousand rubles. Police also took a boat, a suspended motor and 5 fishing nets from men.
