Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant conducted large -scale preparation for the new construction season

In Krasnoyarsk Cement LLC (subsidiary of JSC “Sibets” JSC), preparations for increased loads of the next construction season were completed.

In the units of the enterprise, planned measures for the repair and maintenance of equipment, equipment were carried out. So, in the “Gorny” workshop, a rod crusher (with a replacement of sheets armor) and excavators were repaired.

In the workshop, “Sworbaus” successfully finished the project aimed at optimizing the process of draining the raw material mixture from vertical sludge pools. The main amount of work was to replace the cork cranes with automatic rifles of raw materials sludge in the lower part of the vertical sludge compartment, as well as in the integration of devices with the unit management system. Now the processes associated with the release of sludge are fully automated.

Modernization made it possible to minimize the risks of draining the incorrect number of finished sludge from the pools, to reduce the complexity of this process. In addition, the unit repaired raw material mills No. 7 and 8.

In the “fingernail” workshop, a refractory lining and one of the three fields of the electrifilter of the rotating furnace No. 4 was replaced. The measures taken will allow gas treatment equipment until 2027. Similar work is carried out on furnaces No. 3 in accordance with the established schedule.

On the rotating furnace No. 5, a pneumatic pump for pumping coal powder is installed, due to this, the performance of the transportation of bulk materials increased from 2.5 to 6.5 tons per hour. The fuel supply system allows you to redistribute the incoming flows between the coal mills and reduce the coefficient of their use. So, during the operation of two mills, the third may be in reserve. This increases the energy efficiency of production, since one mill installation consumes 500 kW/h.

In addition, the gas analytical complex has been replaced on furnaces No. 5. The equipment of domestic production provides the completeness of dust fuel, continuous simultaneous measurement of up to six gases and monitoring of gas -shaped emissions.

In the “engagement” workshop, cement mills No. 1, 4 and 5 were repaired. In particular, experts modernized the loading nodes of the mill pumps No. 1 in order to increase its performance and reduce operation costs.

The Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant continues to maintain a high level of environmental safety of production. In the workshops “Mountain”, “Firing”, “Cholis” and “Generated products”, 3650 sleeves were replaced with 35 sleeve filters.

In winter, the special equipment Park Krasnoyarsk Cement LLC has replenished the Sitrak C7H career with a lifting capacity of more than 30 tons, its use will increase labor productivity in the transportation of rocks.
