Intraco will disappear from the landscape of Warsaw. Another skyscraper will take his place

The PHN Group decided to demolish the Intraco office building in Warsaw and the implementation of a new skyscraper – PHN informed in a press release.

Completion of the demolition company selection process is planned for late autumn 2025, and the demolition itself is expected to start at the turn of the first and second quarters of 2026.

As stated in the communiqué, the current intraco building, despite many years of modernization attempts, no longer meets today's technical standards and market expectations – both in terms of comfort of use and environmental parameters. (PAP Biznes)
