En+ and russal will choose talented students for the fifth time to participate in the scholarship program.
Students from the company in the 2025-2026 academic year will be able to obtain a full-time education for higher and secondary special educational institutions of the program in 25 settlements of Russia. Applicants should study in one of the five areas: energy, metallurgy, mining, medicine and pedagogy. The test book should have an “good” and “excellent” rating.
Joint scholarship program EN+ and RUSAL
It has been implemented since 2021. It is aimed at supporting talented youth, who studies not only in specialized specialties related to metallurgy, energy and mining, but also socially significant – medicine and pedagogy. The total number of program winners from 2021 to 2024 inclusive amounted to 422 people. In 2024, 200 people became scholarships.
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the SFU and its Sayano-Shushensky branch, as well as the Divnogorsky hydropower technical school named after A.E. Bochkina.

In total, 58 educational institutions in the cities of the presence of companies participate in the scholarship program. Among them: Irkutsk, Bratsk, Taishet, Shelekhov, Krasnoyarsk, Achinsk, Divnogorsk, Sayanogorsk, Abakan, Novokuznetsk, Yekaterinburg, Kamensk-Uralsky, Severouralsk, Krasnoturyinsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Ivanovo, Volgograd, Tikhogin, St. Petersburg.
The winners are selected by the competition commission, which includes relevant specialists and representatives of ENT+ and RUSAL. They will evaluate not only academic performance, but also victories in competitions and competitions, participation in conferences and exhibitions, as well as volunteer and social activities of applicants.
The size of the scholarship is up to 15,000 rubles per month for osuzes and up to 25,000 for universities and depends on the totality of factors, including the course at which the student is studying. The scholarships can participate in professional conferences and events of the group, undergo internships at EN+ and Rusal enterprises, and use a subscription to a specialized electronic library.

Applications can be submitted from June 2 to July 16, 2025 on the corporate portal scholarship program for students | En+ and russal. There you can find the program itself and the conditions for participation in it. Since July 17, the competitive commissions are transferred to the examination and interviews with candidates. They will last until August 23, and not later than September 15, the names of the winners will become known.
