In Krasnoyarsk, the court ordered a construction company to pay compensation for non -pecuniary damage in the amount of 2.1 million rubles to the family of a teenager who died during the repair of the wall in the Atrium Bz. This was reported in the prosecutor's office.

Recall that in July 2024, three guys from 17 to 19 years old found on the Internet an announcement of the set of employees for dismantling on the basement of the business center on the runway. For daily payment of 3 thousand rubles, they were hired without the conclusion of an employment contract. And in the evening On July 23, a tragedy occurred-due to the vibration of the earned hydraulic mine, the brick wall fell. Under the rubble was a 17-year-old worker, from injuries he died on the spot.

It was established that Su-24 LLC under an agreement with LLC “The Group” was engaged in the repair of the bookmaker club. The list of works of the contractor included the dismantling of partitions, flooring and ceiling in a non -residential room. It turned out that the Su-24 LLC inviting young workers, before starting work, did not organize their briefing and did not ensure security on the spot.

“I did not organize the disposal of the wall partially dismantled with disorders. I saw that she was dangerous, but did not control his subordinates at the facility. I admit that the guy died due to my careless attitude, ”the head of the construction site explained.

He will be judged for violation of the safety rules that entailed the death of a person (part 2 of article 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), and may be deprived of their freedom for up to 5 years.

The director of the company was previously fined 30 thousand rubles under Part 4 of Art. 5.27 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (evasion from the execution of an employment contract). And the prosecutor will follow the payment of compensation.
