“There were two crazy years”

The situation becomes more and more unpleasant at FCU Craiova. After the Oltenians were laughing in the 2nd League, finishing in the third place of the play-out, under Corvin Hunedoara and Metal Buzău, the band sponsored by Adrian Mititelu loses players on a treadmill. The last one on this list is Andrea Padula, left defender, team captain this season. The Italian was from the summer of 2023 to Bănie, being transferred from Bellinzone.
He announced his departure through a message posted on social networks, which includes more than 300 words, in which he shows his gratitude for the years spent in Bănie, characterizing them as “the most beautiful in life”.
Andrea Padula, at the separation of FCU Craiova: “Everything happens for a reason”
Gratitude.
It's what I feel when I think of Craiova. Because it has rendered the joy of continuing to do what I love: to play football. It was two crazy years, in which we were not missing anything. But until today, they were the most important two years of my life, years in which I understood and learned so many.
I learned to love. We understand that we are what we think, what we eat, what we do. I understood that life is too beautiful to not be lived fully every day. That everything happens for a reason and, until you understand it, life will put the same situation in front and again.
I am grateful to the people I met on this trip and who helped me grow. I am grateful to those who are with me every day, because the distance can separate bodies, but not souls. I couldn't want anything else. Thank you to those who saw my darkest side, but chose to stay. I apologize to those who, on this road, caused them suffering-was never my intention.
Unfortunately, things don't always go as we want, and my heart hurts to leave Craiova without having succeeded in avoiding retrograde. And without having succeeded in bringing it back where it is worth it. On the other hand, I feel like I gave everything I had, and even more, I feel that I put my heart, body and soul for this city. I was myself until the last second.
Thank you, FCU Craiova, thank you for believing in me from the first moment I arrived here. And finally a special thank you, fantastic supporterswho have always supported me and showed me your affection everyday.
I carry you in my heart forever.
It was a pleasure, my Craiova,
With a lot of affection.

Radu Negru, Andrei Dragu, Ionuț Gurau are also among the players who have been lost lately.
The selling of Blănuță, essential for survival
According to information obtained by GSP, Adrian Mititelu is going through a difficult period from a financial point of view, facing a liquidity crisis. In this context, his most valuable book is the transfer of Vladislav Blănuțăfor which it requires no less than 4 million euros. Borrowed at U Cluj in this season, the footballer raised in the “boot” scored 12 goals and 4 decisive passes.
A first round of discussions already took place with Gigi Becali, but his offer, worth 1 million euros, was refused by Mititelu, considering it well below expectations and unjustified as a small one in relation to the player's potential.
“We are working on a plan for a restart, we hope we are no longer mistaken. And the coach bring, we try again, we make it again and to hope that we make more appropriate decisions, we had much bad luck, I do not say arbitrari,” Mititelu said in an interview given to the newspaper, a month ago.
