The businessman Romeo Dunca used, last days, the official account of his transport company, Dunca Expeditions, to send the employees to vote, but he also announces that he prefers George Simion.
“In this misinformation waterfall, close your eyes, eliminate everything you know and vote as your heart urges. I prefer Simion, leaving him the sin of not rising to the hopes I put in him.
Romeo Dunca was president of the Caraș-Severin County Council from PNL, and in the parliamentary elections on December 1, 2024 he ran the first on the list of the force of the right in the Chamber of Deputies.
“The 35 years since the Revolution of December 89 have brought a great change in our lives of all. Apart from the technical progress, which has made our lives easier and who brought our families closer, especially those who lead trucks and who are, through digital telephony whenever they want in contact with the lovers who are waiting for home, a lot, a lot, a lot, the businessman.
In his message, he criticizes the press and condemns misinformation about both camps.
“We are in a situation where the press served to some, or others upset our beliefs through lies every day. About Nicusor that he has not baptized his children, which is untrue, or about Simion that he is from the company and has no school or that he is funded by the Russians,” says Dunca.

A few days before the message on the company's page, Dunca posted on his personal account a text in which he speaks of “Christian values” and “national identity” and attacks the members of the LGBTQ community, which he calls the “weirdness” and “anomalies”. Then he alludes to Nicușor Dan, without the name, that he will be president “ready to sign gender or education in this regard in kindergartens and schools”. The message is accompanied by a video from a gay wedding.
